I regularly meet artists and agents from around the world. In July 2004 I had the pleasure of meeting Ilse Weinmann who was touring as manager with Johnny Griffin. Our conversations led to jazz education and especially to IAJE. In an effort to learn more about the vibrant jazz scene in Europe I asked Ilse if she knew of any outstanding jazz education projects taking place in Europe.
